What counts as a connection?
One person who has approved read-only access to their free/busy times. They stay connected for every future meeting you schedule, so a connection is a person you can reach — not a meeting, an invitation, or a search.
Do the people I invite pay?
No. Only account owners have accounts at all. The people you schedule with never sign up, never pay, and never see a bill — they are not customers of ours.
What if I need more than 100 connections?
Tell us. We would rather hear what you are actually scheduling than guess — and for larger organizations, that conversation is what Enterprise is for.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Your contacts and activity log are yours, and closing your account deletes the stored calendar grants along with it.
