Enterprise

Approved once,rolled out to everyone.

Scheduling across companies is Timefindr's whole job. Enterprise makes it your company's: sign-in through your identity provider, calendar access your administrator grants once, and the audit trail your security team will ask for.

Approved once, for everyone

Your administrator approves Timefindr one time — Microsoft 365 admin consent or Google Workspace domain-wide delegation — and every colleague can be scheduled with no per-person invitations, ever.

Single sign-on

SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect through your identity provider — Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or anything standard. When SSO is required, every other way of signing in is switched off.

Provisioning (SCIM 2.0)

Your IdP creates and updates members automatically. When someone leaves, deactivation signs them out everywhere and deletes their calendar tokens — no offboarding checklist.

Audit export and retention

One audit trail for the whole organization, exportable as CSV or JSON by your own admins. Retention is yours to set, from 30 days to 10 years, and enforced automatically.

Team scheduling

One shared contact list and shared groups. An assistant can schedule for an executive, in their name. And when the whole group cannot make it, ask for “at least 2 of these 5”.

Least-privilege access

The narrowest read-only calendar scopes either provider offers: free/busy, never event contents. What is read, stored and kept is written down for your security review.

Rollout

Three steps,none of them yours.

Enterprise onboarding is sales-led: we set the organization up with you, and every switch can be tested before it is required.

1
We set up your organization

Tell us your email domains. Anyone with an address on them is a member — existing accounts immediately, new ones the first time they sign in.

2
Your IT approves once

One admin consent for calendar access, and your IdP connected for sign-in and provisioning. Both come with a test button, so nothing is required until it demonstrably works.

3
Everyone just schedules

No invitations inside the company, no passwords, no accounts to manage by hand. People outside your organization still get the same one-click invitation as always.

Bringing this to your security team? The security overview lists every scope, what is stored, and how an administrator approves or removes it.
