One person does the scheduling.Everyone else clicks once.
Most scheduling tools assume everyone in the meeting is a user of the tool. In real life they are not — they are a customer, a candidate, a supplier, someone at another company. Timefindr is built for that.
Connect your own calendar
Sign in and link Google or Outlook. Timefindr stores a read-only grant and your timezone and working hours, so it never proposes 7am on your behalf.
They approve, and that is the last they hear of it
You add someone by email address. They get one message explaining plainly what is being asked for and what is not. One button, one consent screen from Google or Microsoft, and a confirmation page. They are now available for every future meeting you schedule — no account was created, and there is nothing for them to remember.
Ask for open times
Select any group of the people who have approved you. Say how long you need, which days are fair game, and how far ahead to look. Timefindr merges everyone’s busy time, discards anything outside anyone’s local working hours, and ranks what is left.
Send it without another round trip
Each proposed time expands to show what it looks like in every attendee’s own timezone, and carries add-to-calendar links for Google, Outlook and .ics with the attendee list already built.
What happens whensomething goes wrong
Scheduling tools tend to fail silently, which is worse than failing loudly.
Someone’s calendar cannot be read
You still get times that work for everyone else, and Timefindr names who was left out and why — rather than quietly proposing a slot that only suits four people out of five.
Nothing works for anyone
You get an explanation instead of an empty screen: which people had no availability, or whether two timezones simply have no overlapping working hours.
Someone revokes access
Timefindr notices within the hour, marks them as needing to reconnect, and emails them a link to do it. It does not keep answering with stale data.
Stop trading five emailsto book one meeting.
Timefindr is invite-only while we finish the rebuild. Tell us a little about how your team schedules and we will get you in.
